How this works
I come into your business, look at how it actually runs, and build the fix with you. Not for you, with you, because a system built without the person who runs it never gets used. We work inside the tools you already have. Nothing sends without a human clicking send. When I leave, the system stays, and it is yours.
We agree on the numbers before I start and check them 30 days after. Rework rate, cycle time on the one process everybody complains about, and how many times a week something reaches your desk that never should have. Most AI training measures nothing, which is why most AI training changes nothing.

A half day where your whole team learns to hand the remembering, checking, and chasing to AI, built live on their own laptops with your real documents. We start with the job safety conversation out loud in the first ten minutes, because that unspoken fear is why most AI rollouts quietly fail. Everyone leaves with a working assistant and a written playbook. You get a private owner debrief and a 30 day check in.

Proof, not theory
My own AI operating system has run more than 300 automated work sessions this year. My inbox is triaged every morning before 8. Outreach is drafted every Monday. Every follow up is cleared every Thursday. A week of content is batched every Sunday. That is roughly 15 hours a week of work I used to do by hand, now running without me.
